A considered returns process.

We want you to feel confident in your Varenelle selection. If you believe your order is eligible for return, contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number and reason for the request.

Return condition

Approved returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all presentation packaging and documentation included. Items showing wear, alteration, resizing, damage or missing components may not be accepted.

Before sending anything

Please wait for return instructions. Unauthorised parcels or items sent to an unconfirmed address may be refused. Customers are responsible for secure return packaging and should use a tracked, insured service.

Assessment and refunds

Returned pieces are inspected on arrival. When approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges and external duties or taxes are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Incorrect or damaged orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label so we can review the issue.

Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
